Albeit good intentions may have been the motivation, the product example page shows a PIG in the stable. This is a stable in Bethlehem, which is a Jewish city. Pigs are considered unclean animals under Judaic law, and would have NEVER been included as stock. Perhaps the folks that created this book should take a second look at anything else that might be in contradiction to the Word of God.

I wouldn't give this book to anyone. The first page I saw has a pig in the stable. Not likely in 1st century Israel! Not to mention the star at the stable. Let's teach truth!!!

My daughter loves the book and can't put it down. It's challenging and easy enough at the same time to keep her intrigued. Looking for another to buy after she's done with it.

This is cute and I like that it is reproducible. I plan to copy some pages for my Sunday school class. They love hidden pictures! I'm not really crazy about the extra cartoon characters on the edges of the pages, but it's not a big deal. Most of the pictures are nicely done.
